The four parts
- Role: "Act as a friendly personal trainer…"
- Task: "…make a 4-week beginner home workout…"
- Details: "…20 minutes, no equipment, 3 days a week…"
- Format: "…as a table, one row per day."
Before and after
- Vague: "Help with dinner."
- Better: "Plan 5 simple dinners for 4 people, one vegetarian, under A$100 total, with a shopping list grouped by aisle."
Keep the conversation going
If the first answer isn't right, don't start over. Reply with "shorter", "more casual" or "swap the fish for chicken".
